We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The Mexican night under the stars was amazing, with delicious food, beautiful decor, and even mariachis. The beach was crystal clear, and the hotel's location next to the ferry station made it convenient to visit Isla Mujeres and other beaches. The hotel also had a kids park, which was perfect for families traveling with young kids.

Hotel facilities: The property had four pools, a beach access, and even an inflatable water park, providing plenty of options for leisure activities. Location: This hotel was conveniently located not far from the main Cancun district, making it easy to access popular attractions and amenities. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, with special mentions to Brenda and Arturo who provided excellent service at the bar and restaurant.

The hotel's location adjacent to the beach was perfect for beach lovers like me. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities, such as the pools and water park, added extra fun to my vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to everything I wanted to do. I loved that it was right next to the ferry terminal, making it easy for me to explore different clubs and visit Isla Mujeres. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Stephanie at the front desk and Andrea and El Commander at CielitoLindo were outstanding. They made sure I had a great time and always served me with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities, including the Aqua park, were a lot of fun. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that I could easily access the beach and swim in the ocean.
