The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely courteous and professional. The room service was fast and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the Lynx rail line, which made it easy for me to explore the city without needing a car. It was within walking distance of the convention center, spectrum center, and uptown restaurants. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location were all top-notch.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms, especially the fantastic bathroom and showers. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the room service was great. The location was perfect, right beside the convention center and close to the Light Rail, Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, Nascar Museum, and other attractions. The hotel felt safe, and we enjoyed the decent city view from our high-level room.

There was nothing we didn't like.
